No, we don't have our own inventory and don't sell the cars to you directly. In other words, literally any car that is for sale in the Netherlands can be bought with Autocoach. Do you like a certain type of car or model? We'll make it happen.

You can see us as a professional partner with deep experience of the Dutch car market, and Car Experts that check for quality which take most of the hassle out of your hands. Not having our own inventory has the benefit of being 100% transparent with our advice. We're not incentivized to guide you towards a certain car.

Do you have a valid Dutch driving licence? That will be the only document that is needed for buying the car. 

If you have a valid foreign driving licence, but no Dutch identification, you will need to register the vehicle to your name at the RDW (National organization for vehicle registration) in person. Autocoach can guide you through the process and tell you more about these steps. 

We believe it is important that a form of purchase guarantee is always included in the agreement when purchasing. The length of the warranty depends on what is determined upon purchase and typically varies from 3 to 12 months. Below you will find the most common types of guarantees, which differ in duration, conditions and rates.

• Factory warranty
• Bovag warranty through car/dealership
• House/brand warranty from car/dealership
• Warranty insurance through parties such as Autotrust, Car Garantee, etc.
• Our own (home) warranty

In the purchase agreement we'll clearly indicate which of the above apply and for how long. In any case, Autocoach will always be your first point of contact if anything goes wrong.

That's certainly possible. In fact, we already do this regularly for our customers. Buying your car 'full-service' is perfectly suitable for this. We will take care of everything and will deliver your new car to your doorstep.

Good to know: if you, as a consumer, buy a car entirely online, you can invoke the 14-day right of withdrawal. There are a number of conditions attached to this. Please feel free to inquire about this.
